Researchers wishing to refresh or expand their knowledge are warmly invited to attend Iwi United Engaged's Te Ao Mārama Workshop — a two-day intensive wānanga designed to support meaningful and effective engagement with Māori communities.  

Te Ao Mārama builds upon the foundations of the Whaia Te Tika series and takes the next step in your journey as tangata tiriti. This workshop will explore how to actively engage in reciprocal partnerships, apply Māori values, principles, and frameworks, and work in ways that give effect to Māori Data Sovereignty.
