Join us for this two-day exclusive training designed for nationwide early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) and clinicians interested in the development of health technologies.

Taking academic research through the commercialisation pathway requires a diverse skillset beyond research. In this workshop, you'll be guided by experienced facilitators from Creative HQ to practice a range of skills, transforming you from a researcher to an entrepreneur and project leader. Guided by the facilitators and working in groups, you will practice how to transform a problem into a potential project idea, develop an effective team and project timeline, explore the possibilities of ideation with generative AI, consider commercial feasibility, and build new collaborative partnerships. You will have options to work on your own project or consider some other ideas.

This dynamic environment will help you be successful with your projects, advance your career, and expand your network. Many participants from our past workshops have gone on to develop successful proposals for RAP funding using the skillset, network and/or ideas developed in the workshop.
