Generate Concepts

With your knowledge and relationships gained in the first phases of translation, complete a Lean Canvas, that outlines your concept and it’s potential value. Consider simple sketches or descriptions of how your product/service could work, and importantly, how you will know it is working. Share your Lean Canvas with your stakeholders (clinicians, community, other experts), for their endorsement and ensure to maintain these ongoing relationships.
