About the event
The six workshop series will commence on 24 July 2026 and conclude with the final session on 1 September 2026. All workshops are online and you are encouraged to attend the whole series. These workshops are free to attend.
The Whaia te Tika workshops aim to prepare participants to engage more effectively with Māori by providing a better understanding of Kaupapa Māori in a research context. Whaia te Tika has been designed to equip researchers with the tools needed to ensure that Māori are engaged in and able to access the benefits of research in Aotearoa.
