About the event
Translating academic research into clinical and commercialisation pathways requires a diverse skill set beyond research. In this workshop, you'll be guided by experienced facilitators to practice a range of skills, helping you transform from a researcher into an entrepreneur and project leader.
You will practice how to:
transform a problem into an impactful solution
validate that you are solving a ‘real’ problem
develop an effective team and project timeline
consider commercial feasibility
build new collaborative partnerships
work on your own project or explore other project ideas
This dynamic environment will help you succeed in your projects, advance your career, and expand your professional network across Aotearoa New Zealand. Past participants have gone on to:
Develop successful proposals for RAP funding
Build valuable networks and collaborations
Advance their careers and bring ideas to life
So – follow in our predecessors' footsteps, join the workshop, upskill, and jump-start your project in healthtech!
