Mātauranga Māori
Our vision is for Māori to be creators and navigators in the development of next-generation health technologies, supported by a research community that is confident and well-equipped to engage meaningfully with Māori.
To achieve this, we strengthen researchers’ capabilities to build authentic partnerships, while creating opportunities for Māori communities, students, and health providers to connect with research.
The result is the integration of Māori perspectives, values, and ways of knowing (Mātauranga Māori) to deliver benefits for both Māori and the wider health technology sector.
